My jazzcash shows zero payoneer balance.

Hi,
When i link my payoneer account to jazzcash, then it shows zero payoneer balance in jazzcash. But i have balance in my payoneer account. How can i transfer my money as i needed them?

    Hi @mfaisal215. You need to have a valid card in order to do it. Your card was never activated.

    Hi @LauraPayoneer , Thanks for replying. I never received any payoneer card so how can i activate it. May be it got stuck in courier service. If card was shipped then you can tell me which courier service you used so that i can confirm the order from the courier service provider. Thanks again.
    I will be great of you if you help me out in this need of hour.

    Hey mfaisal. did you linked the jazz cash number correctly. You needed to add IBAN number.
    Secondly, if the IBAN account number (which you linked in the payoneer) is correct have you initiated withdrawl from payoneer?

    Hey umarpak. I linked the jazz cash number correctly. You just have to sign up in payoneer through jazzcash app and your are linked now. My payoneer account shows that i have connected the jazzcash app.
