No New about Account Global payment service

Created and summitted the required documents for the verification of my account and it's close to a month and I haven't received any email or information regarding the process.
I'm urgently in need to transfer funds and would love to have the Global payment service Option..
Please help
Sent several request and email but invane, no reply
