Payoneer doesn't care about serving its existing customers.

I received $840 through the Global Payment Systems, this is the first time I'm getting this prompt for the invoice. I submitted the invoice and chat screenshot but I got an email saying that wasn't enough, so I replied with a proper invoice and screenshot and I haven't received any further information regarding the payment. I want the payment to come through to take care of dues. After using Payoneer for over 2 years, this is the first time I'm stuck like this for over 10 days.

Some of us have bills to pay and this is really too much of a hassle to deal with. I'm really considering switching over to other services if the service for existing customers is this bad.
