Transaction is still pending after a week

Hello

I have a transaction is still pending after a week even I sent the requested documents and invoices.
I had many transactions before but this is the first time it happened.
I need this money for this week so please can you see that for me ?

    They sent me another email and they asked me to resend the documents and verifications again.

    So I have sent the conversation between me an the client, url to my social media accounts ...

    If you will not accept these documents again, please resend the funds back.

    I have the same problem
    what should I have to do?
    Support is not responding properly. every time they said wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours.
    How many times i have to wait 24 hours more??????

    Hello,,

    Please I can't withdraw from my account due to card is expired, but I have not received any card before.
    When I contacted the customer service, they told me to open another account and contact them to merge the first account with the new account so that I will be able to withdraw my money to local bank.

    I'm having incoming pending case, I did not receive any mail to provide any documents yet my payment is still on pending ever since
