Card not arrived yet?

Hello Payoneer,

I have ordered a card but it didn't arrived yet due to which i can't transfer my funds as it says please activate the card first. If my card has been shipped then tell which courier service used for card delivering so that i can contact my nearest service franchise. Thanks.
