USD is not showing for renew a card

my card is expired and now i want to renew my card when i go to for (order a card )here is two currency options (EUR & GBP). but USD is not here how i can order new card in USD currency ?

    I am experiencing the same issue. It expired when we had the chip issue so was unable to use it and now I am unable to renew. Your help says...Please note: If your card doesn't have balance and hasn't been used for a longer period of time, you will not see an option to order a new card.

    @Skinner @zaheerahmad789 It is in fact impossible to order the card in certain cases from your online account. If you are unable to order the card yourself, please contact customer care for assistance.

    If I order a GBP card will it access my USD account? I only have one Payoneer account
