Is it a loop of requirements?

I was asked for some documentation and I've submitted them and they ask again and so on and so forth.

Now they tell me that my national id address doesn't match the one in my account, however, they are the same unless the lines are reversed. Anyway, I rearranged the lines and sent the national id again. Of course, no response yet.

Now, I'm utterly in need to approve my account, what should I do?

    Hi @Amr_Y. We see that the ID was approved, however the proof of residence. Please read the email sent by our approval department and follow their instructions about the document that we need.
