Thank you for letting me contact you on mail. My bank is saying they require a reference number that is linked to the transaction for my past withdrawal that has not reflected. Please kindly help me with one so that I receive my money

    Our withdrawals can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect onto your local bank account. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national bank holidays. Kindly wait the estimated time frame.
