Payoneer is the worst service provider ever

I think payoneer scammed me with my money, my account was approved with all details i provided i ordered card and it never arrived i ordered again it never arrived so now i ordered through dhl its pending i asked why pending they said provide utility bill i provised it approved now i see its still pending i asked again they said its utility bill is approved but still pending in department i said wow interesting so he ssaid it will be verified in few minutes now its 48 hours still pending and the main thing i cannot withdraw my money through anything until i dont have a card but however i can load money in it lol interesting policy. I lost the hope of getting my card or withdrawing my money anyway but everyone be careful before joining payoneer if you can go for anyother service it would be good for you.

    @sibtainlee I agree with you. I sent a payment to 4 days ago. But the recipient still hasn't got the money. from the last two hours I've been trying to have a chat with the support agent but no response. Payoneer is too slow.
