Status Action Required on Recipient Bank Account

i added recipient account, and i am seeing it's status as, "Action Required",
when i check detail it says;
"Action required
We need additional information to approve this account. Provide the information in Verification Center.
*Once you submit the information, allow up to 3 business days for review."
But when i open verification center there is nothing there which i need to submit, i already subitted ID and all data which is approved only one document is pending since one week, can anyone help me in this regard, thanks
