account cancellation

I've received payment from Upworks today, and when I try to complete the transaction, it says that **Your account is cancelled, please call customer support** It was my first transaction and I'm unfortunately not able to call the customer support. I've sent a message via support centre but their reply merely close to be satisfying. It was an automatic response e-mail. How should I proceed from here?
