I don't see my "widthdraw" option in my accoun


My card is expired and I cant order a new card, then I contact one of the agents and submitted all the requirements. but I still can't see an email from the team for the approval or decline. I have emailed the customer care but still no response from you. What do I do now?? My payments are blocked in the account and I have no idea what to do as no one is responding.
