Help for the validation account payonner

Hello. I would like to ask for your help in activating my payonner account. I need it before August to receive my affiliate commissions.
I created my account since the beginning of the month. My national identity card is approved, except my residential address which is not. I updated and submitted it for 06 days, but no response. I am unable to contact payonner via live chat and call. I even started discussions in the forum for help, but no response.
I really need my account to be activated to receive payments through the global payment service.
If you can help me ... I will appreciate it.
