Unable to add bank account and send payment request

I do not have the option to add bank account. When I click to Settings>Bank Accounts it says "You don’t have any available bank accounts at this time. For more information, contact us." I tried contacting the support but not getting any response except automated emails. I don't have the option to send payment requests either. This is a serious issue I need to solve immediately
