Canceled account

Hi all,

I haven't used my account for a long time, and I guess that's why the account was canceled.
However, I have received payment now, and need to reactivate the account. I have submitted everything via email, just need to know if there is any timeframe when this will be resolved. Also, I have ordered a new card since the old expired.
