Global payment service menu not in my account

Hello, payoneer...i haven't received the global payment service option on my receive tab menu.... i submitted my documents last week...
my customer id is - 39013427 please help out -

I also did not receive global payment option in my account My account is approved and want to submit the request for enabling Global Payment servie.
My Customer ID is 169233410 -
