I can't link my payoneer account to udemy.

I tried to link my payonner account on udemy ,but it still pending (for 1 month).

Udemy say me to get help with payoneer.

Payoneer don't answers my e-mails and requests.
Chat option is unvailable.

My payoneer account looks "OK" for receive payments.
When i connect on Udemy i receive the message:

"You are currently receiving payments from Udemy to your Payoneer account.

For quick and easy access to your funds, log in to Payoneer and withdraw funds to your local bank account in local currency.

To get started, log in to Payoneer."

But it still pending. :'(

somebody help me
