Payment Declined without any issue

My payment was on hold on 29 july for additional information from the payer. My client Submitted all documents as he reply to me, today that payment Declined, also there was one another payment on processing, that also Cancelled, Now i Checked my Global Payment service also Suspended, How this service going, how i can get CC payment from my UK Clients, please help me
