No support from real people in email and live chat.

When contacting live chat it always gets cancelled automatically (found that chat is for special accounts only).

When contacting through -> Send Message. It always sends automated reply from <[email protected]> with incorrect information. "My Requests" shows empty list, but I sent multiple requests in previous days.

I think it could be some bug in support system. Please help
