Account not approved

My account has not been verified its more than 5 days nor I have not received any mail about its status I have provided everything in the verification center. Customer id: 39167451
And I am not getting any answers from customers to support either. and I am receiving This Message From Fiverr When I click on withdraw ( It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
Please contact our Customer Support department for more details. )
Kindly resolve this issue.

    hi sir i apply for payoneer card 29 Jul 2020 and i update all legal information i received mail from payoneer 29 Jul to update govt issue copy i update my ID card then i received mail from 3 august
    A government-issued photo ID issued in the past 12 months and stating your name and the address on your application
    A copy of your recent utility bill (no older than 3 months) specifying your name and the exact address. (Examples of utility bills we accept are gas, water, electricity, landline phone, internet, cable, etc.).
    A bank statement (no older than 3 months) verifying your name and the address.
    A copy of your complete rental agreement stating your name and address, and a utility bill in the landlord's name.
    but yet all requirements cannot fulfill me and i already update my id card payoneer cannot excepted the i choose other legal document and i update for my domicile but still my account cannot be approval what can i do for approval my account please help me to approval my account

    Hello, I am Saandaa and my Customer ID is 39256466. I have applied for Payoneer account on Aug 8th and my account is not approved yet. I have not received any e-mail from payoneer requesting for additional information, except an e-mail requiring e-mail confirmation, which was duly completed. Now please let me know the status of my application. It has passed 7 business days already and i wish to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you.
