Bank account rejected without explanation

I'm trying to get started with Payoneer. It's been two weeks already that I'm trying to connect my bank account, but it's being rejected. It says I need to send my government ID through the verification centre. I did this, it got reviewed, and rejected. No explanation given.

I'm living in a country which is not my country of nationality, so I need to submit a proof of address with my full name and my current address. I live with my parents, what should I do? I tried to send the telephone bill which is in my mother's name. Rejected.

I've already tried to contact customer support by e-mail two times, both rejected. Today I tried to enter a live chat... rejected. I don't know what is going on since nobody up until now has given me any explanation of why this is all happening.
