My account was hacked and blocked

On July 20, I was logging in with my phone and I was told to change the password and turn 2FA on. I did it. After some days my password and phone number was automatically changed. I tried to reset the password but it asks for a phone number that I never used or entered. I didn't know what to do. I contacted customer support. They blocked my account and asked for some info. I gave them the info they asked for. but after that they didn't take any other steps. Can someone tell me what to do now?
