Pending Payment

Hello,

My latest payment is in pending list, and I don't even know why with no e-mails whatsoever saying that it's pending. I called the support team and they said it's a security measure. It's been more than 24h with no e-mail or answer.

Could you pleas assist me with this? thanks.

    We're experiencing the same thing..

    Hi Payoneer Team,

    I am currently encountering something I've never experienced before. Usually, when my employeer sends out a payment, I would immediately get an email regarding the date and time the payment would be available for withdrawal — usually in just about 2-3 hours or even just an hour (since payment).

    It's currently almost a day since the payment was sent yet I am not receiving anything at all. It only states "payment under review".

    Again, this is the first time for me to encounter such. I need help.
