My account haven't approved yet

My customer id 39243812, I have submitted my verification documents and it show again and again but when i click the link it show no required and why i don't know yet please look my problem. it have been delayed from days.

    I sent an ID held photo, but I held my passport and not ID and it was submitted. I don't know if that will be a problem. Plus, I asked for verification for a long time, but it takes weeks for customer help to reply. It is so frustrating. I had a typo and I did sent them early about it. But they ignore that and sent me why I have a mismatch name, which it is not, and I explained again. I tried live chat in the availability time, but no answer and the call but no answer. I don't know what to do. It is time consuming and I need this settled urgent.

    My customer ID is 39353568. I submitted scanned copy of my National Identity Card and it has not been approved since then. I submitted it on the 9th of this month. It is over 7 days and it is still yet to be approved. It's still just displaying "submitted". Kindly look into this. Thank you.
