Please help me with bank account verification.

This is my 2nd time trying to connect my bank account to payoneer. The first time was declined with an email saying that the photo I sent was "partially cropped." I've resent a new photo of my passport but I haven't received any kind of confirmation email nor have I been notified about anything. Please help me connect my bank account as my client wants to pay me through payoneer ASAP.

Additional info. I'm from the Philippines and my client is from the US.
