Downgrade my Business account

Good day, please can someone assist I am new to Payoneer and it seems i registered for a business account, when in fact don't have a business. Please can someone assist.

    Please be advised that what you are referring to is the business questionnaire. Upon creating an account, clients are asked to submit their business profile. Our department needs this to verify any payments as our services are meant for business services.
