Unjust Closure of account

My account was closed this morning for no reason.....I simply asked to use DHL to resend my card which never arrived I called customer care days back we spoke about it..... I was asked to send my utility bill which I sent and I also forwarded my National I'd card through email..... only to wake up this morning to a CLOSED/TERMINATED account...

This is unfair Please reinstate my account I can undergo any verification you want including selfie with I'd card etc

I need my account back......

NB. The utility bill is the one issued by the district I live in...and also my National ID card is issued by my country.....
