Payment on hold for a month now... How to solve this?

I normally wouldn't post about a topic like mine, on a public form like this...
But getting my On-hold payment issue solved is driving me crazy. It's been on hold for a month already! :s
I've been trying to get in contact with you guys, in any way I can. Tickets, chat (never online), phone..
Please, if anyone of Payoneer reads this, please help me... ticket number 200719-007202
