Hello Payoneer Community,

Hope you are doing well, Few months ago I got a problem when i was trying to log in to my Payoneer account, I got a message says: Account Blocked contact us. When i contacted the customer support on the phone call they says that my funds will be frozen for three months andy it will be available for withdraw after 04/08/2020, Today I tried to log in to my account but still the same problem I can't get my funds!!

Could someone help me to solve my problem?

Note: I'm working as a freelancer on Upwork & Fiverr.
Note: I have a screenshots of the email and recorded audio of the call with Payoneer.
