My account is still not approved ,since it's been more than 10 days, applied

Hello Payoneer, Please look at my issue

I have applied payoneer 12 days back, I uploaded each document asked by payoneer,

All documents are accepted and they approved

But still I didn't get any email saying account approval

Please look at my account and verify me

    Hi there. We see that there are issues regarding the bank account, that is why the account was not approved yet.     Thank you for your kind early responce.

    First thing here is , the link you have given to contact customer support is not much helpful

    second things is, When I go to payoneer home page > settings > verification center , I can see there history of document verification, and it's showing Bank Account is approved

    I asked in contact us, but i am getting just an automated email which not useful

    Please provide some real human customer support via email
