Fiverr to payoneer transfer

I have withdrawn $48 from Fiverr via Payoneer Bank transfer option. It’s been two days the Payoneer is still pending. Please help me with this issue. And secondly, I have no local bank account linked with Payoneer instead my JazzCash is linked. Will I receive this payment in my Payoneer USD balance or directly in JazzCash?

    I have updated the address now. It’s the same as mentioned on my verified National ID card. Please resolve the problem ASAP

    I clicked bank transfer from my Fiverr account on dated 9-8-2020 and now Fiverr shows there withdrawal successful while on the other hand still Payoneer showing zero balance when I log in to my Payoneer account. Please help me with this issue. the last email received from Fiverr is paste as under.

    We surely get this but as mentioned by Payoneer, the issue was that your bank account ending in 0000 is blocked so the funds were not finally transferred by Payoneer to your own bank account.

    In this case, you need to confirm once again with Payoneer and make sure the funds are sent back from Payoneer to Fiverr. Once you have this confirmation, please reach back to us with a screenshot displaying this and we will surely assist you further.
