Bank account disappeared from my Payoneer account. Cant withdraw funds.

I've been using Payoneer for about a year, receiving monthly payments from my job and withdrawing them to my bank account in the US. This month I went to withdraw my funds only to see my bank account was no longer linked to my Payoneer. Any idea what could have caused this? Is there a way to fix it without going through the verification process again?

    We can see that you already contacted our Customer Support, regarding your bank account details.

    In order to re-add your bank account details, please reply to our last email with your bank statement and verify the information requested.

    Once we receive your email, we can proceed with your request.
