Fiverr Funding Source not getting linked to Payoneer account

Dear Concerned, My (Fiverr) Funding source not getting linked with my Payoneer Account to withdraw my amount from the Fiverr account.Need your usual support to sort out this issue. I have connected Payooner 'live chat support' but no response received from their side since I have created my account. Also, email them my issue but the issue not resolved. Kindly solve my funding source issue or assign an agent with me to resolve this issue ASAP.Thanks

    Hi @bilalengineer . We see that your account was not approved because the system shows that you've already an active account under your name. Please note that Payoneer allows only one account per customer. For immediate assistance with it, we recommended to contact Customer Support department. Or you can also contact us via private message. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience

    Please I am having this same issue since August 7, 2020. I have contacted support on 2 occasions, in each case I got replied by a bot.

    This is the reference number for the last support request I posted:
    **200811-028838**
