Hi @TALHASAFDAR. We checked your account and we can see that our approval department needs a better copy from your ID card. Please enter your Payoneer account and provide the front and backside from your ID card. Once you do it, please contact our Support Center or to our social media channels by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter.
If our department has provided you with a proof of payment and your bank was not able to locate the funds still, you will need to reply back to the email they sent you with the exact information that your bank told you. Once you do, our department will initiated a trace to locate the funds and have them processed. Keep in mind though that this does take some time and timeframes vary case by case.
