Payment not received - 12 days since it was sent

Hi guys

I was sent payment on 30 July by Amazon, which is not received in my Payoneer account yet. I asked Amazon, they confirmed that payment was accepted without issue.

I contacted Payoneer, and i always get auto reply, only. Now, what can i do? Payoneer isn't reachable and i have no other place to check?

    Valentino_Payoneer , thanks for your reply. I have sent message through the that you have provided, two times, but I only get automatic message that just says '...payment will be received in 2 business days'

    I just came from my bank, showing the proof of payment. They cannot trace the transaction because they need to know which bank where the transaction processed. My previous transactions were through Earthport, but my latest transaction, where from? The bank knew the previous transactions because they knew Earthport, which is tied-up to my bank. May I know what bank processed my transaction? My bank needs to know which bank is Payoneer tied-up here in the Philippines.

    I've been waiting for 6 days already.

    I have sent email to [email protected] but they don't care to response

    I have sent email through online message service, it only sends you an auto msg. My payment is pending for more than 11 days. It was sent and accepted by Payoneer on 31 July but still not showing in my account

    I have a pending payment in my account since 25th of Jun and still pending I contacted with the support team but they did not respond, I asked them to cancel this payment and refund it to the sender and also did not respond !

    I think so many other people are facing the same annoyance by payoneer

    @Valentino_Payoneer, can you please comment on status of my payment or how to get payoneer update me on this? thanks

    Same issue ! I didnt know that so many people have same problem.It is really not good and its not trustworthy.My payment still pending since 6 days and I get paid every month from same company ! Now they say they have to review the payer, please someone help me ?????I need to get my payment ???? 211586300 Tr ID

    @uer786 yes I have been using payoneer since 5 months and I have never had an issue like this.every month from same company I get paid.This time its pending since friday.I talked to customer care and they said 3 businees day but its already over and now they say they are busy another says approval department is reviewing the payer.WHAT !? the same payer since 5 months.seems they dont have a good reason to tell me .How can I trust this company anymore

    looks like they have another issue due to which they are delaying payment of a lot of people. but they should respond and give proper update
