National ID submitted for 1month and 2 days, not accepted or any feedback uptil now

Its been 32 days now and my national ID is neither accepted nor rejected. I need to remove my bank account and provide another but can't do that because my national ID is not being accepted. Team Payoneer can you please check the status and provide valid feedback on my case as i need to link my account to receive my money? Thanks.
