Payoneer Customer Support is not responding


So, It's been quite a days since I have made a request to reopen my Payoneer account. In fact, I made multiple requests for the same purpose but none was catered properly. My first request was on 25th July (it is 12 August now) and since that I have received only two responses that didn't help at all.

I am gravely disappointed. It seems Payoneer Customer Support doesn't care about closed accounts.

This has become very frustrating for me as I have multiple payments due for quite sometime! Please someone from the team help resolve my request. I have already provided the required info for reopening the account.

    Please be advised that payments coming into Payoneer are all subject to a review. Once there is a reviewing going on, our department might require you to provide further verification to verify such payments. Please make sure everything is submitted by checking your My Account --> settings ---> verification center.

    If you have already done, you will need to kindly wait for them to finish their review. You will be updated via email.

    You can check all applicable account fees once you login to your Payoneer Account and select the "Pricing & Fees" tab located under the "Help" menu.
