Payment stuck for 45 days

I am writing this in hope someone from Payoneer sees it and helps me resolve this issue. They are not answering my requests for support anymore.

I already posted about the same issue and just when I thought it was resolved, it went "under review" again. On 31th July it should have been transferred to my bank account and in the same day it was stuck again. This is the timeline of my transfer:

Approved

Completed

June 29
Under review

July 31
Approved

July 31
Completed

July 31
Under review

NOTE: I submitted all documents required, even the ones Payoneer probably does not even need and all account and bank numbers

    It is 45th day today and Payoneer is not answering my support requests anymore.
