Community federal savings bank funding source for PayPal

Hello, Please assign me Community federal bank for US so that I will be able to link my PayPal to payoneer. I have been requesting to support center but only got auto replies. Please assign me the new funding source as Community federal savings bank for US.

    Do you have a card with sufficient funds linked and verified on PayPal? This has to be done first so our details can work.

    Have you also provided a clear picture of your government issued photo ID to our support center already?

    I have tried linking the card but that doesn't work on PayPal. As per their recommendation, Community federal savings bank works for them. Therefore, I have requested your support team to do so but haven't got satisfactory replies from them (Only auto replies).

    @RaheelN2 Unfortunately, this has to be done first. So you will need a card linked and verified on PayPal before we can proceed.
