Amazon confirmed twice payment sent, but nothing received.

To Payoneer,

I have sent Payoneer email, sent message through forms, created a thread here, and i am not responded. I am only replied in this forum saying no payment i received on my account.

However, I confirmed with Amazon, just now AGAIN, and they said that they sent payment to my Payoneer account on 20 July and it was accepted by Payoneer on 30 July and it is not returned to them.

I am sure they are telling the truth and hence I would appreciate Payoneer to look deeper to locate my payment or into the payment issue.

Awaiting response.

    Please note that if you have not received this payment, you will need to provide a screenshot of communication you had with Amazon to our support center stating that the funds were sent. Once you do, our support center will then proceed with transferring your case to investigate the delayed funds.
