Why payoneer has this much terrible customer support

I have never thought that one of the top companies, payoneer, for international transactions, would have this much bad customer support, The contact page in the website, is never useful,
When we message with our problem, the answer will be an automated reply
if i call, the answer is not providing call service for your number
if i ask community, The responce is again contact customer support via contact us page

And few suggesting me to contact payoneer customer support via social media, like facebook, twitter

When I messaged in payoneer pages and personal too in social media

No responce

And finally I lost hope on my account, it's not gonna approved ever

A very bad experience with payoneer
