Bank account disappeared from Payonner account. Can't withdraw funds (reposted)
My last thread was closed with no helpful answer, so I'm reposting it in hopes of getting some actual help this time. My bank account was somehow removed from my Payoneer account with no warning/reason given. I emailed customer support and received an email telling me to upload a bank statement and some other documents via the verification center, but when I check the verification center it says "No open requirements". I'm pretty confused as to why my bank account was removed in the first place, and I'm getting nowhere with customer support. What should I do? My funds are basically locked in my account until I get this sorted.
