Can't make new requests on Payoneer Customer Support

I need to reopen my account.

But when I am trying to connect via Customer Service by making new request via, it is not making new requests but sending an automated email that says the following:

"Dear Talha Saqib,
Thank you for your interest in resuming your activity Payoneer. If your account was closed on your request or due to inactivity, we kindly ask that you reregister for an account from our website using a new email address.

If you are working with a company that offers payments via Payoneer, you can apply for an account directly from your account with that company and receive payments.

Please note that if your account was closed by Payoneer due to activity going against our Terms and Conditions, we will not be able to reopen your account or approve any new account applications.

Thank you,
Payoneer Customer Care"

I have 2 previous unresolved requests for Account Re-open, however, it's been a lot of days and nobody has responded to me. Yes, I did get two responses from Customer Service that asked me the required information to repoen account. I have provided this information but so far, there has been no response.

So, how should I contact the Customer Service now? Because now I see no way I'd be connected.

Should I register a new account?

Isn't there any way my previous account can be reopened?

Please help.
