Problem with my account verification center

Hello to Payonner. If I'm contacting you, it's because I have a problem with my account verification center. I received an email, saying that I must submit a new bank document in order to validate my account. But as soon as I log into my payoneer account to submit the document in question, I don't see any requests for any reported documents. I see "No open requirements". What's the problem ? my client id is: 38892897 thank you in advance for your help.

    I can see that your account is approved and there is no opened requirements on Verification Center.
