Want to change payoneer account name or want to re-open my account.

Recently my account name has been changed just removed "MD." from the beginning of my name. I have all legal documents like public notary, newspaper, educational certificate name changing approval, etc.

Now I want to update my name in Payoneer or re-open the Payoneer account. I don't know which option is right for me. That's sent a message to support but they are continuously sending an automatic reply. Can't get a proper solution. Also tried to call Payoneer but they said can't give me support for my account. (What the hell is there). I need support about very critical thing but they said can't give me support. Even there is no option for live chat. I'm really very upset about Payoneer support.

Anyway, I can't found any option to close my current account and create a new or re-open account through the corrected name.
Here's another question included with this. If I create or re-open a Payoneer account. Will it make any problem in the future like there was a previous account or I created 2 accounts from the same address or IP or device etc.

What's the legal and valid way of it?
