my problem with changing account

hello there i spoke with u 10 days ago that u will delete my old payoneer from my partner and add my new account , but i see u didn't do anything to change it , i need to get paid and i am waisting my time and my money , u said in a week everything will be okay but isn't okay. in 9 days will come the pay period and u didn;t changed my accounts , what is happening ?
