Address verification taking too long

Hi there,
It's really sad to say that I'm extremely disappointed with Payoneer services. I had a working Payoneer account and then my card got expired by the end of last year. I have received payment on 31-July-2020 and when I tried to withdraw that money I came to know that I'd have to get my card reissued before I can withdraw that money. I requested for reissuance on the same day but, I haven't been able to get it through. I was asked to provide some documents for address verification with my name and address on it. I provided my National Identity Card, It was rejected because the date of issuance was older than 10 months, OK. Then, I provided a screenshot of my last month's credit card bill and it was also rejected because it was partially cropped. Then I submitted a full screenshot of the same credit card bill without any cropping.on Monday 10-Aug-2020, and I didn't hear back anything until now. I've been trying to reach out to the support center and the response is extremely frustrating. I'm not getting any reply to my queries. I've also tried phone support and they don't even pick my phone and drop the call by saying we cannot provide support for your account at this time. My Customer ID is: 18770426
