Global Payment Service - Payment via Wire Transfer by error

Hi all, I have a question that I'm hopping someone can help me with.

I have a client that wanted to pay me via Global Payment Service so i sent them all my Payoneer account details.
When they went to perform the payment instead of making an ACH transfer they did a Wire Transfer to my Payoneer account.

My question now is, based on the information given inside the Global Payment Service page, wire transfers are not allowed, only ACH transfers, right?
If that's the case, what will end up happening to the funds that they have already sent? Will they be rejected and returned to their account at some point?
I'm guessing this is the case given that it has been over 5 working days since they made the transfer.

As a side question but related to the error, if a client wanted to do a payment via Wire Transfer, should I do a "Request a Payment" and they will be allowed to pay in any way they want or still choosing that option only with an ACH transfer?
