Account hasn't been approved after 8 days

My customer ID is 39431253. I have submitted all the documents you asked for and its showing 'action required' in the accounts tab. But when i go to verification center there are no open requirements. its been more than 8 days. Kindly look into the matter. I also tried calling your customer executive number but they were not able to connect my call to any executive. This type of inconvenience is not expected from an International payment service like payoneer. I am highly unsatisfied
