Upcoming transaction still pending for 5 days now. It should've been completed within a few hours.

My account is verified, I received multiple transactions in the past with no issues at all. Why did payoneer decide to hold my upcoming transaction? It's been sitting there pending since August 17th, 2020 and I haven't received any response about my issue yet.

    Hey, mine is still pending for 6 days now! I haven't had issues in the past too. I have contacted customer service (days ago) and live chat (yesterday). They informed me they'll forward my issue to the Payment Department and will receive an update within 24 hours but I haven't received an update! Sigh

    Yeah, I don't understand why hard working, honest online freelancers always get the short end of the stick. I've been receiving payments from the same client consistently for months and never had a problem like this. My account is verified, the transactions are legitimate, but I just don't get it why they keep giving us a hard time. I am not getting any response from them too. I called their support line and they're closed. What a disaster, with this covid 19 too. oh, man.
